The answer is never unless we have to. Why stop at skating? How about helmets in basketballï»¿ or driving a car? I don’t dis on what people choose to wear for protection, and sometimes I use it if that’s the “park rule” or if it’s a burly bowl, but for day to day street/park, it’s a hindrance to some. Again, to some.

You have to get more precise than that…ï»¿ I can say with some certainty that 99% of this was filmed in Baton Rouge and Lafayette, but I don’t really know Lafayette’s spots very well.
