   well in the state of louisiana, u dont have to have a liscence to carry a gun, only a liscense to conceal and carry in public! but considering that in louisiana your car is considered an extension of your home, u dont lead a liscence to conceal in your vehicle! the only reason for a concealed weapons liscence in the state of louisiana is to carry on u! to me its a way for them to make money! but lil boosie got time, not for having a gun, but for being a convicted felon with a gun!!!
