I swear on my life that I saw this on the fourth of july in chicago. It was just like this one but a little closer. it was in 2008 and it was moving across the sky slowly. We werent lucky enough to get it on camera though so people thought we were crazy.
I saw one of those in belgium last week on a school trip when I looked out of my window. I quickly went to call a friend and when they came, it was gone. It looked like a candle flame but up in the sky and was there for a few minuites.
