How does this bill help us right away? What does this, the automotive plan, the last stimulus hand out, how do those help us right now? How do they help in the long run? Jon Stewart had a great idea instead of giving it to the banks and other companies, Why not give it the people to pay off their personal loan to the banks? It helps the people and the banks get the money anyway.
